5+ years of experience managing Amazon brands with a proven track record of driving profitable growth.
Someone who thinks independently and brings solutions, not just problems.
A strong communicator who values honesty, direct feedback, and constructive disagreement.
Naturally organized and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable taking ownership of outcomes and being accountable for results.
Curious, analytical, and always looking for ways to improve.
Able to prioritize effectively and focus on what drives the greatest impact.
