Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling marketing services, SaaS, eCommerce solutions, or agency services preferred.
Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation & Growth
$100,000–$200,000+ OTE.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.
