Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles.

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience selling marketing services, SaaS, eCommerce solutions, or agency services preferred.

  • Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.

  • Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers.

  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation & Growth

  • $100,000–$200,000+ OTE.

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.
