Pet cleaning products have natural visual appeal and problem-solution storytelling that converts well in short-form video. We identified creators whose audiences matched the buyer profile and whose content style was built for virality, not just reach.
We built detailed content briefs designed to trigger organic sharing — before-and-after demonstrations, real pet moments, and problem-agitation-solution formats that performed across both TikTok and Meta. Creative was treated as a performance asset, not a brand asset. Every video was briefed, reviewed, and tracked before going live.
Top-performing organic creator content was amplified through paid spend on Meta and TikTok Ads, turning proven organic performers into scalable paid placements. In parallel, an affiliate program was structured to extend reach through performance-only partnerships — no upfront cost, pure revenue share tied to Amazon conversions.
Every creator, every paid campaign, and every affiliate link was tagged through Amazon Attribution. This gave us creator-level revenue visibility — we could see exactly which videos were generating purchases, which channels had the strongest conversion behaviour, and where to reinvest. Nothing scaled without proof.
